Workation Q2 2026

Out of Office : Bezau Edition

We are pretty sure clear minds and fresh perspectives fuel our creative work, which is why we swap our studio routine for a workation four times a year, and in June it was finally time to close Q2. 

Continuing our favourite mystery tradition, Vali and Laura were picked up in the morning with zero clue where we were heading, only told to follow Pius and Tabea’s car, before stopping to pick up Emilie along the way. Different to our Q1 Workation (insert link to blog here), our Q2 getaway was designed as a quick, 24-hour reset—and what better setting to recharge than the serene Hotel Post Bezau by Susanne Kaufmann?

AM — Focus

After arriving in Bezau, surrounded by cows and fresh mountain air, the team and of course Oskar – Tabea’s dog, who surely was not let out off on the fun, were warmly welcomed by Cheyenne. 

Afterwards we quickly gathered on the sunny terrace, surrounded by the peaceful greenery and alpine backdrop of the Bregenzerwald. Settling into comfortable chairs with hot coffee in hand, the gentle atmosphere made our team syncs, strategic updates, and focused work sessions much more effortless.

After completing our morning agenda, it was time to shift gears into hands-on creation. Vali, Laura, and Emilie grabbed the gear for a mini camera workshop with Pius, and in the following we wandered through the beautifully curated spaces, warm wood accents, and quiet corners of Hotel Post to capture fresh content.

Following one last focused work sprint, we closed our laptops, took in the view, and officially welcomed Feierabend.

PM — Unwind

Transitioning into relaxation mode happened seamlessly. We traded our work gear for soft, cozy bathrobes stepping right into that signature Hotel Post calm. With ice-cold Aperol Spritzes in hand, we settled onto the outdoor pool terrace, while friendly Backgammon matches and conversations quickly turned into laughing fits. Between dips in the pool, quiet strolls through the spa in our robes, and a mandatory session in the whirlpool, we quickly recharged and were ready for the evening. 

After Hours — Game Night

After a quick change, we reassembled for dinner. Hotel Post served us an amazing menu, complemented by exceptional wine and even better company. The highlight of the night, however, came right after dessert. As Pius had secretly developed a personalized app made specifically for our workation night. The game took us through everything from chaotic Activity-style charades to guessing agency projects from tiny, cropped image details. And the stakes could not have been higher, as the winner walked away with an extra day of vacation.

The competition was fierce, but after a night of non-stop laughter and shared stories, Laura officially claimed the crown (and her well-deserved day off!).

Next Day — Departure

We couldn't leave without indulging in Hotel Post’s breakfast buffet the next morning - the perfect final touch to a perfect 24 hours. Recharged, inspired, and full of fresh ideas, we said our goodbyes and headed back home, ready for everything Q3 has in store for us.
