Small team. High standards. Zero interest in playing agency. We’re still one. Not just a team, but a group of sharp minds and creative troublemakers who actually enjoy working together. We work hard, laugh loud, call bullshit when needed and have each other’s backs. Shared values keep us aligned — and that’s exactly why we believe in collaboration over competition. Always.

FAQ.
Who are the right partners for you?
We work with (upcoming) founders and brands of all sizes — including those at an early stage — as long as they value thinking over speed, clarity over decoration and collaboration over control. The right partners recognise the value of strategic depth, respect the process, and are willing to invest time and commitment — not just approve visuals.
What do you expect from working together?
Mutual respect. We are fully committed to going the extra mile — in thinking, execution and responsibility. In return, we expect appreciation for the work, the process and the people involved. Without respect, there is no good collaboration — and no good result.
Do you collaborate with other creatives?
Yes — and we consider it essential. Alongside our in-house team, we work with a trusted network of photographers, writers, developers and specialists. Different perspectives raise the level of the work — we benefit from it, and so do our clients. Collaboration is the baseline for quality, not an add-on.
Do you offer fixed packages?
Partly. In social media, we work with defined packages. Branding projects follow clear strategic frameworks, but are always scoped individually. Anything else would be superficial — and unprofessional.
Can I apply to work with you?
Yes. We’re always interested in strong minds and strong work — regardless of formal experience. What matters most is your portfolio. It needs to hit, challenge us and show how you think. If it does, send it our way. What you think is way more important than what you think!
